Though a mere four years old, Crow Creek Golf Club has emerged as a popular destination for golfers seeking the finest golf available on Myrtle Beach’s Grand Strand.
In fact, the maturity and condition of the course and the already growing reputatio it’s earned belies the relative youth of the design, which was crafted by former Jack Nicklaus Golf senior designer Rick Robbins.
Located only 15 minutes from North Myrtle Beach, Crow Creek is ranked among the Top 50 Golf Courses in North Carolina by North Carolina Magazine. An enjoyable challenge for resort players and even the most accomplished golfers alike, Crow Creek features generous, well-groomed fairways and a stellar collection of undulating, bentgrass greens. “We’ve really earned a reputation for consistently good course conditions, especially around our greens,” said Patrick Crean, Crow Creek’s general manager.
Though Crow Creek can stretch to more than 7,100 yards, the course features four sets of tees, allowing golfers of all skill levels to choose the distance that best suits their game. But no matter which tees area chosen, golfers will experience wide variations in par-4s, excellent risk/reward par-5s and memorable par-3s.
“There’s a lot of variation to the course in terms of the length of holes and the shots golfers have to make,” Crean said.
The acclaimed course serves as the centerpiece of the Crow Creek community, which features single-family homes, condominiums and townhouses.
